The Call to Shepherd the Flock of God - 1 Peter 5:1–4

We find the portrait of the shepherds of the church, the Chief Shepherd, the Lord Jesus Christ, and the under-shepherd, the pastor of the church. We also find the portrait of the flock or sheep of the church, those who are lovingly led by the pastor.
